Our cycle classes offer a low impact, high energy, cardio intense workout designed to cater to all cycling abilities. Never done a SPIN class before? Our knowledgeable instructors will fit you with your bike and get you in gear for an amazing workout!

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training has been scientifically proven to scorch calories both during the workout and through a long after burn of up to 16 hours!! Designed with both bodyweight exercises and resistance training, this class gives the results you crave!

KICKBOXING
